It’s easy to get caught up in our life dramas and think “all about me.” This reality creates an illusion that seems as though you are the main actress or actor. Yes, that is true, but it’s great to remember that we are part of a collective movie with the whole world. So, if you think it’s all about you, chances are there is someone else that thinks the same thing; it’s all about her or him.

In the spirit of the holidays, I wanted to share this simple nutritious and delicious chocolate bark that will satisfy your sweet tooth and promote vitality in the body! The new year is just around the corner, perfect time to start taking steps to a better life, better body, better YOU. Welcome to the sweet life!
Upgraded Chocolate Bark Recipe:
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder (this is the right measurement, made a mistake in the video)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tbsp maca powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
unsweetened shredded coconut
It would be extra sweet if you cooked along with me in the video below!
In a double boiler melt coconut oil. Once coconut oil begins to melt mix the cocoa, maple syrup, hemp protein powder, maca powder, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
