Keep it simple, make your own jam!

Have you ever read the ingredients of the store bought jam that you have? Maybe it's time to check and make fresh natural jam yourself, it's fun!

    Constipated?

This jam is packed with ground flax seed and sesame seeds. Both are minor laxatives that add bulk to your stool. lol

Enjoy your jam and benefit your body!

    Recipe:

    Container of strawberries

1/2 inch fresh ginger root, grated

Juice and pulp of 1 lemon

Juice and pulp of 1 orange

4 TBSP of ground flax seed

    1 TBSP of sesame seeds

2-4 TBSP of pure maple syrup, add more or less for sweetness

Put all ingredients in a pot, bring to a low boil, mash the berries. Then simmer until berries are soft.

Place in glass jars. Makes about 3 jars worth.

    Keep Refrigerated.

Lasts for 3 weeks and gets better each day!
