It's Not All About Me
It’s easy to get caught up in our life dramas and think “all about me.” This reality creates an illusion that seems as though you are the main actress or actor. Yes, that is true, but it’s great to remember that we are part of a collective movie with the whole world. So, if you think it’s all about you, chances are there is someone else that thinks the same thing; it’s all about her or him.
But what if we switched our perception from me, to we?
What if we thought about how our choices and actions go beyond affecting our world, but in the world of others?
As the New Year rolls around, I bet there has been plenty of us, including myself, that have been reviewing lifestyle tendencies and food choices. There’s always room for improvement. Instead of being hard on ourselves for mistakes we’ve made…
Let’s remember: We are humans, “flawed and fabulous”
And of course, keep it simple...
“What is one thing I can do that will create more harmony in my life?”
Maybe it’s learning about healthy living through the lenses of Ayurveda.
Maybe it’s learning how to cook, going on a meal plan, or healing food program?
Maybe it’s taking a yoga class for self-study/self-healing.
Maybe it’s getting a massage.
Or maybe it’s taking 5 minutes out of your day to just “be”.
Imagine that your choice to take better care of yourself creates space for you to be a better friend, co-worker, lover, parent, child, and a better human being to this earth.
Let’s go beyond self-indulgence, let’s do it for the world and create more sunshine together!
Yes, it takes “work” to change lifestyle tendencies and food choices, but at least this “work” can be fun, feel good, inspire others, and possibly inspire you to seek deeper healing unveil your true potential.
I am happy to say, that I am here for you to make this happen, and I am so thankful that this is my life purpose. All the services I offer provide different levels of commitment so you can shine and only do what you are ready for.
Let’s do self-exploration and hangout in the sunshine together!
